I am introduced to new MLM opportunities on a weekly basis. Total Life Changes was one opportunity that someone shared with me on Social Media. I did not know anything about the company and did some research.
I’m sure that you don’t not know much about the company and that is why I have decided to write this review. I’m going to provide all the information about the company, products, compensation plan and finally share my thoughts about the company.

Total Life Changes is a network marketing company founded in 1999 by Jack Fallon and John Licari. The business operations started in Jack’s basement and grew into a thriving business. In May 2016 the company celebrated the opening of their brand new 21000 square foot headquarters.
The company operates in over 60 countries offering a variety of health products. The company’s mission is to offer products that are easy to sell and healthy to share.

What products do they have?
Total Life Changes is a health and wellness company. Their products are found in the following main categories:
- Health and Wellness
- Body and Soul
Here are some of the popular products in each category.
Health and Wellness – Products in this category includes:
- Laso Tea – This is a Detox tea which helps with weight management, energy boost and intestinal cleansing.
- Nutra Burst Multivitamin – Got all the vitamins and minerals and help with detox.
- NRG – Enhance your energy, metabolize fat and reduce hunger.
Coffee – 2 Products in this category:
- Cafe Delgada – Arabica instant coffee powered with the natural strength of the Ganoderma Lucidum (Red Reishi) mushroom.
- Cafe Latin Style – premium gourmet coffee with a great nutty taste to replace your original daily coffee.
Body and Soul – Products included:
- Infinity Oil – 100% Emu oil. Contain properties that stimulate skin cell regeneration and speed healing. Great for dry skin, inflammation, joint pain, and more.
- Slimpaste – Toothpaste killing harmful bacteria, fungi, and viruses in the body and help reduce food cravings.
- Essential Oils – Variety of essential oils are available.
More about the Compensation Plan
Before I start with the compensation plan, I want to share certain terms to help understand the compensation plan.
- QV – Qualifying volume, is volume that is credited to you personally when you purchase a product.
- CV – Commissionable volume, is volume that is created when an item is purchased that has a CV value tied to it.
- GCV – Group Commissionable Volume, is a collection of all the CV on someones left or right team.
To qualify for commissions you need to buy products with QV of 40 or higher. You can also sell products which is total must be 40QV or higher. For every 40 QV retail sale you receive 5 QV. This means to need to make at least 8 sales of 40QV to qualify for commissions.
You can earn 6 different ways with Total Life Change:
- Retail Bonus
- Fast Start Bonus
- Binary Pay
- Matching Bonus
- Life Changer Bonus
- Feeling It
Let’s take a look at each of them separately.
Retail Bonus – You can earn 50% retail commissions on the QV of product purchases.
Here is an example: The Laso Tea product costs $49.95 with a QV of 40. You earn 50% commissions which in this case is $20. 20% of the QV are also added to your Group Commissionable Volume.
Fast Start Bonus – As a Life Changer, you can receive a 50% commission from the first order (with commissionable volume) from your personally referred Life Changer. This bonus is paid out on weekly sales. 25% of the QV are also added to the Group Commissionable Volume.
Binary Pay – As your team grows, you can receive binary commissions from not only those people you have personally referred, but from the purchases of the people they and others have referred as well. “Binary” meaning two, is simply having two teams, a left team and a right team that is built from you and your team who add new LC’s that order products. You can be paid a percentage, ranging from 10% to 25% based on your lesser team’s (weak leg) Group Commissionable Volume.
These commissions are paid weekly with a $20,000 cap. To be qualified you must have personally sponsored two Life Changers that are currently active with a minimum of 40 QV, one placed in your left team and one in your right team.
Matching Bonus – You can earn a 50% match on the binary pay of your personally sponsored Life Changers on your first level. Additionally, you can earn a 10-50% match on the binary pay of the Life Changers that your team personally sponsors on your second level.
These commissions are paid out weekly when you qualify. You must be a Director rank or above to qualify for this bonus.
Life Changer Bonus – Changing lives is hard, and sometimes it can get costly. You may have an office, travel and daily expenses that all add up. This bonus was created to offset those expenses; it’s yours to do with as you please. Assuming all qualifications have been met to earn the Life Changer bonus, Total Life Changes will pay LC’s $1,500 to help offset these costs. This bonus is paid monthly.
To qualify for Life Changer Bonus, you must qualify as a National Director or above for 3 calendar weeks within the month.
Feeling it – This is more an experience you will enjoy than money in your pocket. Helping others ‘Feel It’ is one of the greatest benefits you can provide your customers.
Here are the Leadership Levels
There are 11 Leadership Levels within Total Life Changes. I’m going to share the different levels. qualifications and the benefits.
To qualify you need to be active by purchasing products with 40QV or higher within a calendar month. You can only earn Fast Start and Retail Bonuses.
Must be active with 40QV and Binary qualified. You earn Fast Start and Retail Bonus and a 10% Binary Pay which is capped at $5000.
Must be active with 40QV, Binary qualified and a 500 Pay Leg Volume. You earn Fast Start, Retail Bonus, Binary Pay and an Apprentice Bonus. The Binary Pay is 10% and also capped at $5000.
Must be active With 80QV, Binary Qualified and 1,000 Pay Leg Volume. You earn Fast Start, Retail Bonus, Binary Pay and Matching bonus. The Binary Pay is 12% and capped at $5,000.
- Rising Star
Must be Active With 80 QV, Binary Qualified and 2,500 Pay Leg Volume. You earn Fast Start, Retail Bonus, Binary Pay, Matching bonus and a Rising Star Bonus. The Rising Star Bonus is a $200 Bonus Paid to LC’s who make this rank the first time only. The Binary Pay is 12% and capped at $5000.
- Executive Director
Must be active With 80 QV, Binary Qualified and 5,000 Pay Leg Volume. You earn Fast Start, Retail Bonus, Binary Pay and a Matching bonus. The Binary Pay is 14% and capped at $5,000.
- Regional Director
Must be active With 120 QV, Binary Qualified, at least one personally sponsored Active Executive Director in a previous commission week and 10,000 Pay Leg Volume. You earn Fast Start, Retail Bonus, Binary Pay and a Matching bonus. The Binary Pay is 17% and capped at $5,000.
- National Director
Must be active with 120 QV, Binary Qualified, at least 1 personally sponsored Active Regional Director in a previous commission week and 20,000 Pay Leg Volume. You earn Fast Start, Retail Bonus, Binary Pay, Matching bonus and Life Changer Bonus. The Binary Pay is 20% and capped at $10 000.
- Global Director
Must be active With 120 QV, Binary Qualified, 2 active Executive Directors (1 on each leg), at least 1 personally sponsored active National Director in a previous commission week and 50,000 Pay Leg Volume. You earn Fast Start, Retail Bonus, Binary Pay, Matching bonus and a Life Changer Bonus. The Binary Pay is 20% and capped at $20 000.
Must be active With 120 QV, Binary Qualified, 4 active Executive Directors* (2 on each leg), at least 1 personally sponsored Global Director in a previous
commission week and 100,000 PLV. You earn Fast Start, Retail Bonus, Binary Pay, Matching bonus and Life Changer Bonus. The Binary Pay is 22% and capped at $20 000.
Total Life Changes is a legit network marketing company. Associates and higher ranking members earn commissions from personal product sales and from team sales. You don’t earn referral commissions, which is very important for any network marketing company to stay legal.
I can’t find product complaints and it seems that customers are happy with the products.
Personally I think there are network marketing companies offering products which are more effective and solving health issues more effectively. That is my opinion and I’m not trying to speak anything negative about Total Life Changes and their products.
If the company and opportunity resonate with you and you want to join, then you need to commit for at least a year. Building a successful business takes time. You need to stay focused and prospect for new customers and business partners on a daily basis. Consistent action is vital to your success.
